"Update** Haley helped me directly did everything to resolve the issue, I really appreciate everything they did and even went above and beyond. I will still be making my special trips to visit A Little Bit Hippy when I go see my sister! I’m giving a 4 star review because I adore this store, I’m from chicago, I make the effort to come into the store whenever I come to visit my sister in Roanoke. But a recent visit I spent over $350 in the store. I was double charged on an almost $50 item and I went back to the store right away the same day and was told I could only get a store credit or take the item I was charged for. I didn’t need two of the same item, I didn’t need a gift card, I treated myself for my visit and I was leaving the next day to go back to Chicago. This was not my fault and I wish it could have been handled better and the store employee to see if they could’ve done more for their mistake."

"Cutest shop for all your hippy needs! Shopping here made my day! The girls were so sweet, friendly, VERY welcoming and down to earth. We got a background story of the shop items and of the owner that just made us feel like we had to support their cause, and the creators they support. They have something for everyone, from hippy to holistic. Also, if you're into Grateful Dead swag go here!"
