"The associate at the store was the sweetest! He took me straight to the items I was looking for rather than just pointing me in the right direction. When I checked out he made sure to not let the soles of the shoes I bought touch the canvas of the other shoes. He even offered to get the door for me, as I declined a bag and was carrying the shoes in my arms. The store itself was neat and clean. I could not have had a better experience."

"Decided to edit my previous 5 star review after a less than awesome experience I had a few months ago. What could've been easily handled was completely dragged out and I didn't appreciate the little effort shown to correct it- for context, my card was charged twice for one transaction. I called at least twice within about a week requesting a call back and eventually walked in and requested a manager, which they didn't have available and still was never given a number or spoke with anyone on the phone, just an email address.. All told, from the double charge to refund was about a month. I used to be somewhat regular there (to shop, never sold anything), coming 2-3 times a month but I don't think I've been back since maybe April. To be clear: I do not in anyway blame the girls working there but absolutely find this a problem with management."
