Working closely with Dave and his team starting in 2021 we presented him with land we had found along with house plans. Building a new home requires motivation, energy and knowing what we envisioned for our new downsized forever home. Hepler homes and all of Dave’s contractors with Tim from Carter Lumber, Mike with Davenport, Ed at Midsouth Building Supply, and the Floor Shop of Winchester, John at Frederick Block and Joe Hammer the finishing carpenter became our new team to bring this vision to a reality. Dave Hepler and his crew met and exceeded our home details by making sure everything requested was done professionally. The pandemic and post pandemic period in which this house was built required Dave’s part adapting to delays, schedule changes and accommodating unforeseen conditions to work with. Communication throughout the whole process was conducted through Co-construct platform and frequent phone calls or meetings to stay informed. This helped us stay within a budget in spite of the increases in building costs. We highly recommend Dave Hepler as a builder. He is a man of his word and his reputation in the trades followed him everywhere we met. Thank you, Dave. Our home is now complete October 2023.
