"I purchase a pub style kitchen table set for 2. I am pleased with the set I choose. However I am unsatisfied with the service. However when talking with a sales person I was deceived. I was told with the price my total would be 575 that included delivery fee and assembly fee. However when I got to the check out counter my price was 575 plus 119. I told the lady that there is no way this price is right. The sales person was called to the front of the store to insure that he did not give me a price with delivery fee. I said sir yes you did. Thank God I had witnesses. Remember I said I had to pay an assembly fee which was no problem. The problem was when I was told that they will bring it to my house, all I had to do was just show them where I wanted it and they will put it together and put it where I want it. Now first of all why should I have to give up my time for you to put something together in my house. I don't know these people and I feel a certain type of way when people are in my house I don't know. Who is paying me for my time? I would not recommend this store service to anyone. I'm probably going to get a refund, no I'm sure I am"
"The manager Robert was great. He was not pressuring to me, offered services other businesses were going to charge more, and showed me all the models I was interested in once I gave him an idea of what kind of dining table I was looking for. I shopped around and their store had the most fair and competitive prices. He assured me if anything was scratched etc with delivery they would take of it. I'm trusting it will all go smoothly when they deliver this weekend. The young lady at check out was also very friendly. I will most likely be back again next time I am looking for a piece of furniture."
"Everything was great in the showroom very professional. Now the my problem is delivery, I work out of town and unable to fit my work with their delivery times I can't get late afternoon deliveries from them. Sometimes you really don't feel like the customer. No I don't have family or friends close by to receive for me."
