"Called corporate to lodge a complaint and yet 2 weeks layer still haven't received any follow-up. Employees sitting on register counters with foot propped up on opposing counter playing on phone not even greeting customers. And once done filling balloons. Literally dashing away to get back on personal phone. Can people learn to actually get off their phone and learn if you work in a store you are a customer service associate not a paid to play on your phone."
"Everything under the sun. Mostly for today's kids. Up to the age of 90. People working there very nice and helpful."
"The place is quite gross. A stack of plastic white hats was turning brown. The women's restroom had urine on the floor surrounding the toilet with no toilet paper or seat covers. The comparment holding the toilet paper was stuck on using command strips. The soap dispenser was broken and unusable. I had to circle the store to hunt down a young employee for toilet paper. I'm giving it 2 stars because he was nice. I never found what I was looking for as the selections in the cake and party decoration aisles were limited and poor. I will never use that store again."
"Sad visit as we did not find much we were looking for for 65th birthday. Found the prices to be high, but have some things not available at other nearby stores. Doesn’t help that even a helium tank is cheaper at the neighboring larger more generalized retail."
"Great service from Makayla! Went in to get balloons for my son’s birthday and she helped me get everything I needed in a timely manner! Very polite as well! Can’t say enough great things about this store, thank you Party City!!"
