"Luis and F&L are amazing! I needed a washer & dryer for my new house and reached out after seeing the great reviews on FB marketplace. Luis immediately responded to my message, sent pictures of the sets he had that were within my price range and let me choose, and set up an appointment to deliver them at a time that worked best for me. He not only delivered them, but also hooked everything up, made sure everything was running properly and showed me how to use them. His prices are very affordable and I love that he offers a 30 day warranty as well. Luis is a super nice guy with phenomenal customer service & excellent communication. "I've worked with Luis twice now, once for a washer/dryer set, then again for a refrigerator. I visited their warehouse in Winchester and was impressed with their large selection of appliances. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me choose the right one. They also deliver for a super low fee! Install was seamless and as promised, the washer dryer worked well. I was so happy with the affordable rates & service that I also ordered a refrigerator and again, same great experience! Luis is easy to work with, delivery is cheap and quick, and their appliances, though used, work reliably well. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them again for our next appliance needs!"
