They claim they’ll get back to you within 24 hours but it’s more like it’ll take 24 hours before they even see it. Waited 48 hours before to get a response on my therapist no showing my appointment. Extremely disconnected and makes it impossible to contact anyone to problem solve any issues. Also gives no way to contact the therapists directly. Really not what you want or need when looking for help."
