DO NOT COME HERE FOR THERAPY. if you do come here i hope you get shayla she’s great and deserves 5+ stars ( compassionate, and knows what to do in a crisis situation) but my therapist told me i was basically a burden to my fiancé (which we discussed that i wasn’t multiple times). worse part is if you start trauma with her and she talks about HERSELF FOR A GOOD FIVE MINUTES OR TURN THE SESSION ABOUT SOMETHING ELSE. or goes with it for a few sessions then stopping completely if it’s to complex and won’t communicate why. DO NOT COME HERE FOR THERAPY MOST OF THEM SUCK"

"Tara is the worse psychiatrist I have ever dealt with. Please, save yourself the stress and find a different doctor. I missed one appointment and my meds were cancelled, and I was refused any additional options. There is no understanding or compassion here. The entire experience caused me a massive anxiety attack. Tara is an irresponsible psychiatrist who should not practice medicine in any capacity whatsoever"

"Dr Mailhot is the worst type of human to be in psychiatry. She lacks so many fundamental understandings of contact and conversation. The unprofessional behavior and conversations she's engaged with me are unacceptable. I have never seen anything like this before. Do not see this doctor. From telling me about her sons pee issues without me inquiring whatsoever or the fact that i have to refresh her memory about how I've had 7 seizures in the last 6 months every time i speak with her. When she represcribed my SSRI I've taken for years she sent it in with half the dose without my knowledge. Now they're telling me I need to pay them before I can reschedule to get my SSRI sorted out. It is extremely dangerous for me to go off of my medicine so I'm really at the mercy of the health industry at the moment because of this practice. The secretaries are also very rude and condescending even though they are constantly apologizing for mistakes I wouldn't expect anyone working in health to do. Search Terri Mailhot on google for more of her reviews if you are a patient of hers, its truly appalling. Again, please avoid for your own personal safety."

"Gene Jacobs is a rude, condescending pill pusher. He doesn't ask questions about what's going on in your life, just goes through his typical routine of pounding away on his computer and refuses to change medications when you tell him you don't want to take a med he prescribed anymore. I'm the patient, I decide what I put in my body, not you, dude. If you do tell him something and ask for advice, his response it literally "well, dont do that". Very helpful. Will be leaving this practice as soon as I find a new one. I can't stand this guy."
