"Quest is a recipe for disaster without a receptionist at their locations. This location also seemed understaffed and only had one phlebotomist working. I went on a Saturday with a scheduled appointment at 8:40am for bloodwork that needed to be done before 9. Some guy on the waitlist was able to yell his way in front of everyone else despite her already being behind. After pushing this man in front of the queue I awkwardly went into the back to ask if I could be seen next because I needed bloodwork before 9. She made ME ask the person who had an appointment before me if that was ok instead of handling it herself. He said it was fine. This point at 9:01 am she informed me it was too late and that it was my fault for not telling her sooner?? She said quest wouldn't even accept the bloodwork after 9am for that lab. Terrible experience all around. Need more than one person working and for employees to proactively ask if anyone has am tests if they are running late. Also, there is 0 way I could have spoken to her sooner unless I just walked in on her drawing blood. She also had a terrible attitude but honestly she had just been yelled at and seemed overworked probably due to management related issues outside of her control. Id 100% steer clear of this location. Ridiculous all around."

"Never was informed that they changed to out of network. Called about bill, was given every excuse they had as to why it was my fault I didnt know. Told.me, " well we didnt tell you to come here." Sent me bill for almost double of what my ins. said I owed. Complete morons in billing"
