"They gave me Tylenol and sent me on my way after putting me in a chair in a hallway, did no imaging or anything and sent me on my way. Now I’ll have a huge bill and it turns out my spine was broken but I had to go to a different doctor just to get an X-ray and find out. Do not go here I wish I never did."

"All the Nurses and Doctors are completely apathetic. They don’t even have the emergency waiting room separated for sick vs emergency patients… go there for a CT scan from the walk-in and leave with covid or the flu because they smash you’s all together for hours and hours and hours on end waiting to be seen. The healthcare system in Rhode Island is in utter crisis and the citizens are the ones paying for it! Disgraceful. **UPDATE: I now have a fever of 102.5. Tested POSITIVE for the flu. Exactly as I stated above. I NEVER got to be seen past triage for a CTscan for my back and neck stiffness/severe pain (as the walk-in Doctors requested) because I have to WORK to support my FAMILY and now I’m sick as a dog."

"The worst experience of my life. I think I would rather die than to be put through their ER ever again. I will never ever go there or recommend anyone who values there life to go there. I would give them a -10 if I could. They sent me home with a blood pressure that was 170/100! Do not go there unless you want to die!!!"
