"“you swallowed the methadone you pay for it” This place is absolutely terrible. Had an issue with my insurance. Did not tell me about it for almost 3 months. Then I had 10 weeks of co-pays to take care of immediately. I did what I was asked to sort out the issue. I had been, and still was covered under an insurance from the start. I never gave them a different insurance nor did anyone tell me that they were going to just switch it without my knowledge. (They randomly switched me to an insurance from a job that I was only at for a short period. I didn’t even want it because I already had coverage and I wasn’t working there anymore by the time this happened) So once I had proof that I was covered, I was told that I am “all set”. 2 weeks go by and I am being told the same story again and that even though I did what was asked to prove I was and still am covered it all of a sudden wasn’t good enough. Even though I was told I was all set. Now they wanted 12 weeks of copay’s all at once or that was it I couldn’t be treated. The exact words used were “you swallowed the methadone you pay for it” so if you go there don’t expect any real help. They will treat you like trash especially the ugly blonde that sits behind the glass puffing on her vape all day. Isn’t that a nice thing to see inside a medical facility. Some RBF ugly women just smoking at her desk. That should sum up that whole place in nut shell."
