"I'll preface this by saying my family (including members of extended family) have been going to this office for YEARS. The office and nurses are an absolute mess here. Staff is overall not very friendly. One of the nurses literally tries to talk you OUT of getting a flu shot. Then when COVID started she would try to talk you out of the COVID vaccine. When I confronted the doctor about this, he said "everyone is entitled to their opinion." So...even if that opinion goes against the advice of every doctor at this practice???? I plan on leaving, suggest you find somewhere else!"

"Waited over an hour on the phone just to make a doctors appointment that took less than 3 minutes. Love the doctors at this location however, please better train your front desk staff to figure a way to be more efficient."

"I have been with this practice for years. Never had a problem until recently. They have a problem with commutation. You wait on hold for upwards of 45 minutes. Their physicians do not process prescriptions in a timely matter, I have waited up to a week for them to be approved."

"17 minutes on hold and I am caller 6 - getting the script filled and changing doctors. There are some nice nurses there but I'm not sure what is going on here anymore. My family has been patients there since they started this practice. ** After waiting 19 minutes I was disconnected, I call back now I am caller 10 in queue."

"I would give zero stars to this practice. Very unprofessional, no one answers the call , I saw Dr Delfin and would not recommend her at all. I got my physicals and blood work done and was over a week but no one bothered to call about the results. The dr doesn’t even bother to talk about the results over the phone without an appointment. I never had that problem with other Drs. Horrible practice, please do a favor and find another physician somewhere else."
