"As a new and first time parent this is the absolute worst practice to have your child in. The front desk not only gives you attitude, they also shame you when your a little late due to the adjustment of having to take care of a newborn for the first time in your life. Between the lack of sleep and feeding times, we were at most 5 minutes late and there was no empathy. 3/4 practitioners have very poor clinical judgement. Me and my wife come from a Healthcare background and not only were we very disappointed with the way they handled our questions but also the unnecessary stress they put on us with theories with no evidence to back up their thoughts. I can appreciate being overly cautious, but their clinical judgment was questioned every time. I can not in good faith recommend this practice after the horrible experience here."

"We just switched to this practice from Nemours and every experience I have had with every employee from the front desk at check in to our nurses to our doctor in the room has been incredible. They are all so kind and loving and welcoming and my son trusts everyone who cares for him. He is 14 months. I just left his well appointment and the doctor told me he is perfect and that I’m a great mom. He is my first and this made me feel so proud. I am so happy to have found this little gem"
