"Just want to say thank you to the Allergy department. I had an appointment a few days ago and during it they gave me some more information about anaphylactic symptoms and epipen use. A day later I had a very severe reaction to cross contaminated food and had a different progression from my normal reactions. I wouldn't have recognized the reaction if I hadn't had the training the day before. Thank you for always giving the training even though I've been there for over a decade. Also, the staff, nurses, and doctors were all so kind and welcoming."

"Lack of caring. Made appointment for my disabled child. Office told me short staffed due to one doctor out sick. On vacation so drove 120 miles to office but was 20 min. late due to traffic accident. Waited for 10 minutes in empty waiting room (no other patients) for the uncaring secretary to tell me they would not see my SICK disabled child holding a snoopy doll for comfort....she did not like my reaction...(how dare I ruin her great day)....so she sent a nurse to tell us there was a COVID outbreak in the office....SO, they had me and my SICK DISABLED child risk infection while sitting in their office AND still not treat him...."
