"Although the medical staff at this facility were wonderful, the support staff and overall behind-the-scene management appears to be a mess. On the day of my husband's cataract surgery in September 2023, we were told we had to pay an amount that was more than twice our insurance copay. I questioned the amount at the time of payment, but was told I would have to contact billing for an itemization of the charge. I decided to wait for the EOB. As I anticipated, I had been overcharged. After several telephone calls I am still waiting to have that money returned. If you choose to use this facility, beware of their billing practices."
"Had arthroscopic surgery by Dr Yucha. It was a great experience from the moment I went staff was super friendly and very informative."
"Everyone is seemingly very nice but I have been waiting 3 hours for a short procedure. Unacceptable, it's mean and cruel. Go somewhere else"
"Very convenient location with an absolutely amazing staff of Doctors and nurses."
"Two separate patients were crying in recovery when I arrived. You’ll find yourself apologizing to staff because everything was supposed to be someone else’s job. Staff was bad mouthing another patient’s allergy lists because they felt they are excessive. My list of one medication and two vitamins for deficiencies was also “very very interesting” to the anesthesiologist nurse. Made me feel a little weird and judged before going into surgery. I would go somewhere else if you can. I’ve had better experiences with oral surgery centers."
