"If I could give this place a zero star I would 100%. My first appointment I was there almost 3 and a half hrs before I was seen, people who came in after me were called before me, not sure why that happened. Then my second appointment let's talk about the fact that I was discriminated against for being on a certain medication, so they refused and denied me ANY KIND of pain relief medication whatsoever other than volume, which did absolutely nothing to even calm me down, so last minute I asked them if I could please have an iv placed because I'm freaking out scared and uncomfortable, while I sat in the back room every single person in that place had an iv, there was a woman so messed up from the medications they give she was throwing up, everyone else was falling asleep and had to have help to be walked and sat down, while they completely refused to give me medication to make sure I didn't feel the procedure or was in pain. I explained to them multiple times my doctor approved me taking any kind of pain medication for relief for me during this process, they just kept telling me that there was nothing they could do for me and that their fentanyl drip with iv sedation wouldn't do anything for me, which is 100% false, I received fentanyl with lidocaine for my epidural and I was completely able to feel it all and be out of pain 100% almost during my delivery 3 months prior to my first child. Also I was promised and signed a paper stating i wanted to say goodbye to my baby after this process and asked about it and they told me after I got checked out I would be able to come back and do that and then they completely ignored that and didn't let me say goodbye either. This process was extremely hard for me and due to the fact that I had absolutely NO PAIN medication I felt 100% of this procedure and during this procedure I was literally getting laughed at for clenching down screaming and crying. The woman that was laughing at me was doing the ultrasound during it and was pressing down harder than the woman inside of me and hurting me so extremely bad. I'm not sure why at all this process was funny to her in any way or why me being in severe pain and crying was funny whatsoever or why she was doing that, but she needs to be fired, that was they most unprofessional thing ive ever experienced and felt i like she was pressing down like that to intentionally hurt me and that was also they most intense, horrible experience ive ever had in my entire life. They also didn't give me anytime to consider this decision beforehand or get prepared for what was about to happen to me. I just cannot believe I trusted this place to help me during this extremely sensitive time of need for me and this was how I was treated."
"I’ve went here twice for a procedure, the first time the ladies who helped me were amazing but unfortunately last time I went I didn’t receive the same experience, which was July in 2023, the RN’s were rude to the LPN’s, the LPN’s had more of a heart and were more helping than the rude RNS. They just want to rush you in and out it honestly felt like a butcher shop. I would be here all day explaining the horrible things that happened to me while in their care. Everyone leaves bloody because the nurses are to lazy to pull up the patients pants. They don’t wait until your fully off anesthesia to tell you next steps."
"The staff here were remarkably kind, respectful, non-judgmental, and so many other positive words. Every staff member I interacted with treated me with kindness and you can tell that they genuinely care about those they are giving service to. This was my first time here and I was scared, lost, and confused. But the staff from Preterm guided me and created a path for me to get where I wanted to go. If I EVER end up in another situation again I will be returning to Preterm 100%."
"Caring place, good service. Staff was a little loud in the recovery room, maybe I was just sensitive due to the nature of my visit but it seemed very unprofessional. Overall got the job done and I was on my way pretty quick"
"God Bless this place. Thank you with all my heart. Kindest I was treated. Scary anxiety provoking predator pro lifers were outside the entrance. It was clear to FEEL who had the presence of God with them and who was doing good and right. The doctor made me feel safe and taken care of and trustworthy (and I usually hate doctors). I am truly grateful for the respect kindness care and service. God Bless"
