"I have tried to contact this location SEVERAL times by phone, email, and writing a personal message on their website. I have not gotten a reply to a single form of contact. I would think that an apartment complex would prioritize simply interacting with potential tenants, but I guess not. Much better management skills needed."

"Aside from all of the bad reviews left by people who were not approved or didn’t even get to physically see the apartments, this place is beautiful. The neighbors are polite and don’t really bother you, it’s super quiet! There’s Never an issue with parking because of the amount of spaces made available to us & the manager melissa is a sweetheart, moving in was quick and easy. If I could Give this place 6 stars I would, it’s hard to find a good spot like this in providence that is affordable these days!!"

"I sincerely tried to contact the apartments to inquire about availability. However, it took more than three weeks of unreturned phone calls for someone to pick up the phone. I'm worried to rent here because office staff appear unconcerned with returning calls, or even answer them. It begs to question how they handle residents concerns or emergencies. Hiccups can be expected when you open a new construction apartment but this place is severely lacking organization and the professionalism needed for it to succeed. Ownership should re-evaluate and consider staff upgrades."
