"Your only paying for the location but $29 a day to park, breakfast says included but then your informed they are not doing buffet today and you only get a voucher that doesn’t cover one persons plate. This is the second Hilton that this has happened to us. They blame Trip Advisor and other booking sites but it is their hotel so they should be making sure if they accept these booking that it is displayed correctly. The beds are horribly hard! I got maybe an hour of sleep. The pillows look fluffy but flatten as soon as your head hits the pillow. My creamer in the room was old ruining the coffee. No fridge or microwave and outdated rooms. Oh and I forgot it was obvious it wasn’t cleaned well. Found someone keys on the floor, yellow cheese substance on a towel and one of the cups wasn’t in a plastic protective cover which signs to me they figured the other guest didn’t use it and put it back."

"I am giving this 2 stars ONLY for the staff. Everyone we encountered was polite and helpful. I chose this hotel for a 1-night getaway for me and the wife. Sadly, overall experience was disappointing.(Room Type-1 King Mobility Hearing Accessible Roll In Shower). Although it's location in Providence is nice (off the highway, 7min walk to the mall), the property itself is dated and old. The accommodations are just not worth the price. The very old carpet was used in the room, and generally old rooms & furniture. The bathroom was super clean with some supplies. The breakfast buffet is expensive(it was shown as "included" while booking but we had to pay while having breakfast), and the parking price is high (29$). There was no drinking water available in the room. We have a very high expectation concerning the quality of Hilton properties, and this one just falls short. I hope they will upgrade."

"This place was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. No microwave or refrigerator. Full service bar and restaurant downstairs. Starbucks is on the lower level as well. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights."

"Recently stayed here, and it was not a good experience. The check in process was horrible. The room was booked and paid for for me by someone else. When I explained this, they were incredibly abrasive and demanded immediate payment, and even made remarks about fraud, although it was already paid for. I even lost my points during the transaction as the room was paid with points and money.The manager was rude and unprofessional. We were here for a funeral and there was no empathy. The entire place is dingy, and outdated. Rooms were small, the shower was broken, the toilet was clogged. They never cleaned our room in 3 nights. The rooms didn't even have a refrigerator. There were people in the front, yelling, and there was a puddle of urine and the staff did nothing about it. Lazy is an understatement for their staff. Very dissatisfied with my stay, and honestly shocked as the Hilton brand is usually consistent and I have been an honors member for close to 20 years. Don't stay here, there are better options."

"Place was pretty loud until around midnight, then again it was a Friday in the city. There was only a limited buffet available for breakfast which was not worth the price. I could've gotten something better from Starbucks for the same price. Room was fine and clean. No complaints about the staff. Overall didn't live up to what I expected from a Hilton property but not a bad place to stay."
