"The fact that management never responded to my in-person or phone calls, mismanaged important mail delivery, comments, complaints: during & post my extended stay here, my only complaint would have been the fact that they don’t recognize, honor or respect third party reservations. I can now add Marriott Bonvoy card holders to the list it would take days to complete. To add insult to injury, the “manager” or stranger actually asked me why I didn’t speak to the staff as I was saying hello to staff all around her…And holding the 5+ pages of my billing & reservations they printed. The sad part is, I’m a longtime RI resident & historically a Marriott fan."

"Located right in the middle of Providence it’s a convenient hotel that you can get anywhere in the city walking within 10-15 minutes. Parking is $30 but there is ample between the garage and on site parking. Was here for just a night but it has a nice lobby and lounge. Close to bars and restaurants!"

"While the service and location was great at this location, the rooms aren't the best. The bathrooms are small, a/c doesn't work the greatest and for a king size bed, the pillows are super small. My biggest complaint however was that the furniture (specifically chairs and couch) weren't exactly clean. There were "questionable stains" on the chairs and the chairs and couch were just generally dirty. I was there for work so I basically just slept in the bed and worked at the desk so it wasn't the biggest problem for me but if I had more than just me in the room, I wouldn't have been very happy."

"I feel like I could get lung cancer just from the smell of my room. I have never. Ever. Ever, had this experience with a Marriott. The location is great, but that’s all this hotel really has going for it. I thought that they had put us in a smoking room because of how strong the smell of cigarettes was. Come to find out, there are NO smoking rooms in the hotel; there is NO reason that our room should smell of cigarettes. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel, cannot even believe this establishment is run by Marriott. I will not stay here again."

"Central location and standard decor for a Courtyard. The room was large and clean, yet bathroom was dated. Only there for a quick overnight, but when I sat on the bed, I sank into a deep impression in the mattress. Had to sleep on the other side of the bed, only to stumble around in the dark to reach the bathroom. A $240.00 room for one night in a fairly empty large chain hotel should expect a comfortable night sleep I left a note pointing out the depression in the mattress, and a voicemail to the manager. No response."
