"I had my first consultation today and I am thrilled! I have daily headaches/migraines and have suffered all my life! If I had any anxiety about this visit, Carol R put this to rest! She explained what and why I feel what I feel along with medications, vitamins and procedures. I learned a LOT and left the office feeling calm and happy someone took the time to listen and not try to force more meds. I look forward to returning and working on getting much needed help for migraines! I would and will recommend their services to my family and friends who need this! "I was. Prescribed a med a Month ago at which time the provider said I’d need a prior authorization. I was given 1 sample and told I’d be allset when it was time to fill. Fast forward a month and on my 3rd call to the office and spoke with some man who gave me some line about it always takes this long and there were no samples in my dosage ( which was less than I was initially given) and they didn’t have the one prescribed. Well ask the provider if the stronger one is ok to use. The guy accused me of talking over him and seemed to not like the fact that I was saying what they told me and what actually happened did not line up. He got defensive and when I asked if I would receive a call when the right sample dosage came in he said, well I’M not going to call you. I will never understand why it is that when people screw up they get defensive rather than saying it was a mistake. Take ownership. I was promised I’d receive call backs the other times I called and never did, so not holding my breath. They need to read their reviews and do something about it. Patient care seems to be the last thing on their mind. If you are suffering from migraines look elsewhere. They don’t care about your health"

"This practice really went downhill during the pandemic. I had to go in for an EMG to confirm carpal tunnel. The nurse/tech was great but when the dr came in, he jammed the needle into my skin with so much force that I was left bloody and bruised. The office itself (the physical building) was gross inside and all the furniture was visibly dirty. After my EMG was finished, I went and spoke to the receptionist and told them I would be seeking care elsewhere due mostly to the terrible state of the office and the terse (and painful) treatment that I received at the hands of one of the doctors at this practice. They then had the audacity to send me a letters stating that THEY were firing ME as a patient. I had already sought out care elsewhere and had an appointment on the books with the new practice. This place is bad news. They don’t care about their patients, you are nothing more than an income stream for them. If I could rate this place less than one star, I definitely would."

"I don’t understand where some of these people are coming from that rate this office and staff with a lie rating. I’ve been going for about three years and I have had an excellent response from the team. I’ve had no problem with people on the phone. And Kathleen F is the NP I see and she is fantastic. She’s very thorough in my exam, asking pertinent questions and reports everything to Dr L’Europa and together they make decisions as to my health after that. I would recommended this office to anyone."
