"Dishonest staff. Just say we Jane no one that fits your request Just lied and booked with someone that was not in my request. Flunky PA"
"The secretaries are very rude and kept hanging up on me when my mother is having a third of her lung removed. They told me the same thing all the people have said on their reviews, that Dr kressler is on vacation. That's all good but who is covering for him when I am going through struggling times. I keep getting hung up on by secretaries even after my own mother called. Dr Chrysler told me do not take Doxepin and amitriptyline together but then I talked to him again and he said it's all right. I looked it up and found out why he told me not to take them together and it is because you could have dangerous heart palpitations"
"I engaged Angell St Psychiatry when I moved to RI. I was assigned someone who was not actually a Dr, which was not disclosed to me. I only learned this after I checked into RI Hospital for severe reactions to a change in medications that was prescribed by Angell St. When I initially told the nurse from Angell St about my reaction, she seemed surprised to learn about the symptoms that led to my initial diagnosis and resulting prescriptions, despite having discussed this during my initial intake. Considering that we had not met face to face and she had not been able to speak to me for more than 15 minutes at a time, I should not have been surprised that she was unfamiliar with my underlying history. What did however surprise me was her seeming indifference to my reaction. Her initial reply felt like I was being shamed for not having the common sense to stop taking the meds in light of my reaction. In retrospect, her reaction felt uncaring and tone deaf considering the state I was in at the time. In the end my scrips were changed and are now effective after the care I received from RI Hospital. I however believe that a deeper understanding of my history and appreciation for the consequences of a bad diagnosis and prescription would have prevented what turned out to be a life crisis that deeply affected my family and my career. I recommend to anyone using this organization that you proceed with extreme caution, especially if you are looking to change your meds."
"Dr. Z has made a huge difference in my life. He is a very kind, compassionate doctor and has always made me feel that he truly cares how I'm doing. The staff at this clinic are always friendly and happy to help, too. We are leaving for Europe and will miss this team very much. Thank you for everything!"
"Scheduled an appointment, arrived a few minutes early to make sure I didnt waste their time. The doctor stayed with his patient an extra 45 minutes. He then brought me in, told me we only had 15 minutes because the office was closing. Asked me "Why are you here" at least 8 times while I tried to talk. Asked me to schedule another appointment and said if I missed it, the office would no longer treat me. So you get to skip my appointment and treat me that bad, but heaven forbid I waste YOUR time. I made an appointment and purposely skipped it. Worse care I ever experienced, if you can call it care"
