"Worst pharmacy service I’ve had. The pharmacist Alexis was not helpful at all telling me my script was not there when it was sent earlier in the day. People like her should not be working no where near the health care field. I told her for some reason I have three accounts on Walgreens and she would not help at all. Called the doctors office and of course the script was there. I will call every SINGLE day and report her if I have to. People go to the pharmacy to pick up medication because they don’t feel good not for the fun of it. You people should have a little more empathy and compassion when working in these kinds of jobs. You should not be working in healthcare if your goal is to make money. Alexis you’re a horrible pharmacist and you should be fired!!!!!!"
"I was supposed to write this review days ago but became caught up due to the holidays, however, Dereck Gonzalez’s customer service to my mother and I was so exceptional I couldn’t forget it! I went late at night to print out a picture of My Abuela that passed away but my mom and I had no clue as to what we were doing. Dereck took notice and was very eager to help us. He was extremely energetic and overall made our extremely difficult ride to find the Walgreens location worth the hassle. His customer service skills are phenomenal and when we left, we couldn’t stop talking about how awesome he was. He was so polite, knowledgeable, extremely charismatic and just an all around great person. He provided us the type of customer service that I’m sure all customers hope to receive when they shop, but seldom experience it. I can’t recommend him enough, so Walgreens if you read this, give him a raise because he deserves it! I know exactly who I’m looking for the next time I go back and need help with anything. Thank you Dereck!"
"Used to love this store, not sure what policy changes management are trying to enforce but have had several aggressive interactions with managers over things like switching out Feria hair color 40 for 45 even with receipt in my app. I'm referring directly to Douglas and Admiral street store. Managers getting loud while trying to explain a hair product from cake has a problem with the nozzle clogging every time and getting crazy pushback. These people see me in the store at least 7 times a week, spend hundreds of dollars and have to argue over coupons and Walgreens bucks that are not correctly applied, oops, not sorry, even though you are right and we're wrong. Oh it's the system. Why get aggro buying beauty products. I'll cross the street to CVS where Ibrahim greets you by name with a beautiful smile. Literally only go now because they carry my Cake hair products and I get my prescriptions from the wonderful pharmacy staff who gather my entire family's prescriptions as soon as they see my face. Maybe front of store should take a lesson from them. Plenty of other stores to choose from, they seem to take my patronage as their due, not sure why. Call corporate and they apologize immediately, throw you some credits, which I don't need but appreciate the gesture, and you can tell they do care and seem to chastise the store but wait a week and these "managers" go right back to aggressive attitude. Literally 2 employees that are standouts there, and they're clerks. They should be running the store. You fabulous male and female divas know who you are. And you are appreciated. Overall just over it. Kinda sad, used to be one of my happy stores."
"Bad customer service at photo center. Young girl black long hair about 5 ft in height was rude and very high temper. Asked for help but was told by her that she is too busy right and that if I wanted to print a picture I should of done it when she was not busy. Just plain unprofessional to the fullest extent."
"I wish they would have some kind of microphone at their drive thru so you could hear them when you're picking up your prescription. They just yell through the slot where you put your money & prescription and it's kind of embarrassing. Staff does a nice job with what they've got, though."
