Guy comes in, middle of the rush, makes us pull out and unplug the grill only to take off the control panel and state “Nah, I don’t feel like working on this, I’m leaving”. And walks out the door! Tried to call the owner and of course he doesn’t answer nor call back! If I could give you 0 stars I would !!!! Absolute TRASH!!!"

"GE arranged for this company to service my range. The stove top remains hot after the hot cooktop light goes out. They scheduled my appt., but the company had a cancellation and they were able to come out sooner. Kyle was my technician and he was very helpful. He called GE to ask them about the issue and it turns out to be normal for my model."

Every time I called they said they’d have someone out “by the end of the day” or “tomorrow at the latest” and no one ever came. I ended up using a different company."
