Kitchen Empire

"I recently moved into a new (for us) home in Erie and had a problem with one of the automatic closer mechanisms in the kitchen trash can cabinet. The kitchen had a remodel down about a year ago, so digging around in the information the previous owner had left me I found that Kitchen Empire had done the remodel (which is beautiful, btw) that included this cabinet. I contacted Kitchen Empire and spoke to a nice man named Austin who proceeded to bend over backwards going out of his way to help me get a new closer rail. Somehow he was able to get the manufacturer to provide a warranty replacement on this part even though the manufacturers records didn't show that the previous owner had actually purchased that option from them. Mind you, Kitchen Empire doesn't know me at all, but that didn't matter - they remodeled the kitchen and they went out of their way to help me even though I wasn't their original customer who paid them for this job in the first place. In this day and age of declining service it's amazing to me that I found a company that does business the 'old fashioned way', going out of their way to help someone just because it's the right thing do to. I wasn't the customer for this kitchen renovation, but you can be darn sure when we do a renovation of our own in the future (two of the bathrooms are looking old fashioned and tired...) that I'll contact Kitchen Empire. I'm super impressed with these guys and highly recommend you give them an opportunity to earn your business."

They really took the time to make sure we knew all of our options and were completely comfortable with our choices prior to ordering.
