"Bought a stove unknowingly that there's a difference between natural gas and propane. Had it for a week and they won't refund or anything. Is rude on the phone and hangs up like child. Pretty much implied that they wouldn't care if it blew up or caught fire. Now going to bees to have them adapt the stove which will be another 100 dollars when the whole reason to go through them is to have the cheaper option. Don't waste your time"

"Horrible service, he doesn't care about the customer's needs. Won't buy anything from them. A local HVAC person I'm working with for installing a new gas furnace and hot water heater referred me to Dave's for a reasonably priced gas range and oven since I need that replaced too. But the owner told me it would be a $30 delivery fee just for them to drop off a stove on the curb, and that they won't bring it into the house and hook it up and haul away the old one which no longer works. I'm a disabled 55 year old widow who just lost her husband on Valentine's Day 2023. I'm alone with no living family for help with things like hauling and installing appliances—I can't even lift a 20lb propane tank for a gas grill anymore. I don't have a truck and physically strong grown male relatives to help me get an appliance into the house and hooked up. Dave's didn't care. So I won't buy anything from Dave's."

"I waited for five hours for this establishment to call me back. The actual repairman “Matt” returned my call and was cocky as he explained that my repair would likely be $150, and therefore “isn’t worth it”. I work too hard for my money to be treated sarcastically ( or anything less than professional, for that matter ). Very unprofessional. Would not recommend."

"I bought a washer from Dave's. I have always had a good experience with him. Well I guess his son took over. Had an issue with the washer and took forever for Matt to come out and take a look. The son Matt was very rude and disrespectful. Had to call my husband to get him out of the house.....Will never go there again and should never have to put up with that kind of abuse from a service person in my own home...I hope he doesn't treat his father like that..."
