The process was very easy and we didn’t need to make any appointments- this location always had enough associates available to help whenever we came in. My husbands suit was a custom ordered - I believe John was the sales rep- he did a phenomenal job measuring my husband- the suit fit like a glove when it came in - no alterations needed! We also had some groomsmen from out of state they were super accommodating with helping us with them and everyone’s measurements were perfect - no one needed additional alterations! Returning all of the rentals was also quick we had one person drop off all of them! Would recommend this location to anyone who is having an event!"

"Wow, it's clearly the season for weddings and graduations. We came to the store two weeks ago, it was full of people renting and buying suits and yet the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable when we asked to rent a tuxedo for our son's prom. Without any problem they took our son's measurements and we were able to order his tuxedo, today we had to go pick up the tuxedo that was perfect as we had requested.
