Reviews
"Great selection and I really appreciated the help that the woman gave me. She suggested that I try on things I normally might not, and facilitated ordering some things in some other sizes."
"I was having a horrible day, came in with some issues I needed fixed. I was not very easy to deal with but the assistant manager and store manager where so great and fixed my problem, got me what I wanted and I left happy. This will be my go to location, they know their product, I'm a huge fan on WHBM they restored my faith in being a shopper there."
"We stopped in for some office clothes - Lin was great! She was so helpful and even suggested a bunch of pieces for me to try. She gave her suggestions on fit/look and was overall extremely helpful. Outstanding customer service!"
"They only helped 2 people that seemed to regulars. The rest of us didn't exist...people came and left, like myself. Such a bad experience!!!"
"Poor customer service— hmm wonder why??? They kept me checkout my items as two associates were helping one customer. I even had to directly ask one if she could help me, and she said “give me a minute”. Are you kidding me? Finally, another associate asks me if I need to be checked out. The only reason I didn’t walk out was because of a good deal on a blazer that I really liked. But I’m clear that this is not a store I would ever walk into again."
