"I had R and D fix my mini splits last summer. They ordered the wrong part and it took a while to come in. I believe they charged me for the wrong part and then for the new part but fudged the new invoice. I tried to dispute the charge. I later found out that the work they did was all wrong and had to hire another company to come out and fix it. I have been harassed my Ann to pay constantly. She now only harasses me at work and CCs people that I work with. Unprofessional and downright bizarre. I paid half the invoice. The workers who came out were very nice."
