"I bought a Miele canister from John few years ago and love it. Never had any problems with it or anything. No manufacturer defects. John was very helpful answered all my questions etc. highly recommend you shop here and don’t just one from Amazon…one to support local business but two if ever any issues you have a place that can fix or repair your vacuum. Think they even have a program where you can trade in a vacuum for some credit towards a newer model etc. if you buy a Miele or higher end model should last you years unlike those cheap shark vacuums you’ll have to replace every year basically. Shop at John’s very pleasant experience!"
