"I have been coming here for years and honestly was ready to leave. There is one particular male that is so demeaning to not only his customers, but his coworkers as well. I’ve had two gentlemen who really make it worth going, and unfortunately I forget the name of the first one that I had met years ago. Zach is the other one! He is so kind, patient, explains everything to a T. His customer service is top notch, and they’d have better reviews if they hired more people like him. I’ll keep coming back in hopes that they do."

"Call and ask for Elaine in the service department! She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me figure out an issue I was having and scheduling me at a location that was convenient to me. Very knowledgeable and an absolutely outstanding individual. Rohrich is lucky to have her!"

"After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, they couldn't do what was required because I didn't give them an up to date registration. They called to let me know & I got registered online in about 5 minutes. When I called back to tell them I was registered, the receptionist was very rude, stating a bad connection & transferred me to voicemail. They never returned my call & at the end of the day they called for me to pick up my car. No inspection done, just $160 for them to tell my I needed a new gas cap, which they didn't have in stock. I was told they could order it for me & I could install it myself to save money. Really?! Like I would pay them to install a gas cap or for anything else ever again. Total waste of time & money. Go anywhere else."

"Awful service and treatment of their customers. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and was told it would be about an hour and a half wait. After two hours I went to check on what was going on and was told that they didn’t even start on my car yet. After 4 hours of my car was ready with unnecessary expenses they had charged by taking advantage of my low knowledge of cars. I ended up paying $250 for “labor” and brake fluid change. Rohrich Honda service department has gone completely down hill and makes me never want to lease a car from them again"
