"My Garage door "Torsion Springs" broken, they came on time but for two springs they charged $440 and $160 for labor charges for 20 minutes work, not knowing the prices I just paid it. After technician left I have checked it online price for each spring seems to be not more then $55 to $75 dollars, vs they charged 3 or 4 times more. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Only grace is they said they will give 5 years warranty."

"Don't waste your time. Called twice for service to undo torsion springs/quote for new install and was provided a service window. 6 hours after the first window passed, I called to see if they were still coming. They called back asking if first thing following morning would work. Ok. Next morning - no show/no contact. Business must be good!"
"They never showed up! Still waiting!! I called at 8am to schedule a garage door repair. They took my name, address and phone number. They told me a technician would arrive between 10am and 12pm. At 1150am, I called back to check on the the technicians eta. The person answering the phone had no idea. They said they would call me back. They did not! An hour later I called. They told me the technician had car trouble but was 20 minutes away. It's been 4 hours after the estimated time and still, no tecnician!!!"
