"I made an appt to check a low tire. They called me 5 min before the appt as I was pulling up to the store to cancel as they were overbooked for the day. This is the second time I've made an appt and they canceled. I'll continue to use the Ashburn ice rink location, great service and customer service. This location is terrible, avoid them and go to Ashburn location by the Ice Rink."

"Went to check my tire pressure and I could do myself. Harp went above and beyond in this very cold weather to check tire pressures and to pump tires as well. The auto pressure gauge was out of order and he did with manual hand pump. It was all out of cost with a great smile on face and great service!! Thank you Harp (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) so much for your act of kindness!"

"THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! ALL LOCATIONS OWNED BY ONE FAMILY. ALL LOCATIONS ARE SCAMS. Much like other reviews, I came in for an inspection (it took five hours after I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half - when I addressed this, the guy gave me attitude saying his time estimate was just that - an estimate. How are you FOUR hours past the estimated time???) and at the end, was made aware of all these issues my car suddenly had? I stupidly agreed to a few of them... Then my bill came out to $2,000. BUT WAIT. THERE'S MORE. I was told my SPARK PLUGS were MELTING. It would be ANOTHER $1,200 to have them replaced. I couldnt afford it, so I said no. I went to a different shop (HOGAN & SONS) and asked for a second opinion. They looked at my spark plugs and they were FINE, and the mechanics were very confused on why I was asking for them to even look at my spark plugs. If you've made it this far, bless. Heed my warning. Save your money. Find a place that cares. FYI - Hogan & Sons (all locations) take pictures of the things in your car that have issues and will only charge you based on the photos they show you. Trustworthy, kind, and more importantly, not VA Tire & Auto."

"I took my Toyota Highlander 2012 for Brake inspection on 08/27/2023 and VA tire inspected and came back saying everything is fine with the brakes and recommended Brake fluid, transmission fluid replacement since my car had 100K miles and I had asked VA tire to replace the fluids. After one week my dashboard started displaying Maintenance required for a oil change. I don't understand why VA Tire did not check this when they have recommended other oil fluids replacement and not the oil change. Also the From desk was not able to locate my account on their computer. I did not expect this kind of service from VA Tire being their loyal customer since 2013.Sorry to say this but I have lost the trust and confidence in VA Tire."
