"3 stars is being generous but they've got every flavor of orion bar so there's that, but where my complaint comes in is the service... by reviews it seemed like they were gonna have awesome, knowledgeable, energetic staff... and instead the dude waiting on me seemed more worried about getting back to his seat n phone to bother answering any questions I may have. I asked one question about the Orion Bar and got a half asked mumble of a reply. I'm new to the vaping thing and am looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and inexpensive place to purchase what I need... I don't think I'll be back here tho... sorry!"
"EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REVIEW: I'm not sure how many impolite customers you've had come into your shop, but I'm 35 years old and wasn't asked for my ID, nor did I ever swear at anyone. I was polite and simply trying to find out information on some of the products you sell. The employee was very rude to me when I stopped in the store. Didn't know anything about any of the products I asked about and then acted like I was being a problem for asking questions. There are better priced, stocked, and friendly stores in Erie."

"Stopped by the location that was recommended to me by a friend and was immediately blown away by how the entire store looked! Been to many different locations around the area but it felt like I was shopping at an abandoned Kmart store. But at Vapor Punk everything is so modern and has a cyberpunk theme going on which I really love! What's even better about this store is that after a couple days I was talking to another friend about this place and saw that they do delivery (which is the first time i've ever heard of this). My friends vape ran out so we ordered online which was super easy, in about 14 minutes the delivery guy was at our front door, verified our age, and dropped off the vape! Absolutely love this store and will be recommending everyone I know to go here!"
