"I just posted this on my Facebook page. I’m not sure if it’s a 5 star rating I want to share but a 5 star rating to the clerk who didn’t lose her cool. I hope you know others saw it and were horrified. Your dignity showed through an ugly situation. Feeling sad and angry! We were at Cuyahoga Falls Michael’s store and being this time of year there was quite a line. A customer arrived at the other register the same time we arrived at ours. Both clerks were ringing up our orders when suddenly the older woman at the other register looked up at her clerk and waved her hand in the direction of the clerks head and said “I don’t like that stuff.” She walked out without her items and without paying. All I could do was say “that’s terrible” with as much distain in my voice as I could muster. The clerk wearing the hijab seemed flustered but never complained. If you think hate isn’t in your own back yard, you are mistaken."

"This location is a smaller Michael's than usual, which is a trait that comes with its own benefits and shortcomings; this store may or may not have various brands of art supplies, but the coupons they offer are fairly decent; their selection may not vary as widely, but the staff are very helpful; if there is something specific you're looking for, you may not find it at this store, but a different Michael's will probably have it and the coupons will be the same. Overall, any Michael's will have a clearance section that is well worth checking out and for the most part, I find what I need here."

"Went in looking for faux floral twigs for my vases. Pottery barn’s twigs are $40/piece whereas Michael’s has dupes for $4.99 each before coupon! Found exactly what I was looking for. Definitely will be back!"
