"I have ordered deck building materials online and I had to deal with this store. Look at the picture for the quality of the lumber. 20% of the composite deck materials were damaged during delivery. I had to talk to a few different managers from building materials department. Each one plays a different style of music and tries to do something different. No coordination, no understanding. 4 months after placing the order, the delivery is still not complete. Terrible treatment and no customer satisfaction in response. How else would Menards bring customers back if they did not hook them with 11% rebate? Funny and sneaky"

"One of my favorite places to shop. I was amazed by how organized the back stock yard was when I drove in to pick up my pavers. Great place to just look around. I'm a tool guy and would normally hit Home Depot for that but I think Menards has stepped up the game in Home improvement as far as options go. The people that work there are always friendly too!"
