"I usually go to the one in the oxford valley mall but stopped at this one. The employees were adamant on what earrings were considered "free" for the free piercing earnings. I could not get anything lower or break the prices up. Haven't had this problem at the oxford valley one. The employees were nice though."

"What I went to Claire’s for was not in stock. When I attempted to ask if there was stock in the back the employee was quite rude. I showed the other employee what I was looking for on the website and noticed a price difference between online and in the store. When I asked the manager / assistant manager about the price she responded with “I don’t know” and walked away. I do not find the employees helpful or professional. Rather they are rude and unaware of where they work. Besides that there were a lot of items out of stock. The rugs in the store need a major washing. I will not be returning here."

"I’m from out of town but I stayed in Philly for the weekend. I came in because I lost my nose ring while sleeping and I needed a new one. I asked one of the associates if they sold nose rings and I was advised that they did but they did not have the key to open the case with the nose rings inside. I don’t understand how a business doesn’t have the keys to open their own display cases. Ridiculous! I would recommend calling before you come to make sure they have what you need/can actually assist you."
