"I went here earlier today to get my finger measured. When I walked in I was talking to my mom who I haven’t heard from in a long time. The elderly man that has a silver ring on his finger told me he could measure my finger. As I’m waiting; I was talking to my mother on the phone, he was working on some type of jewelry. I was being patient for the man to finish up so, I continued to talk to my mom which barley happens on the regular. The elderly man told me that I wasn’t allowed to talk on the phone; that I was being rude. I don’t know if it’s cause I’m a person of color and, I do look young. I am 26 years old. He does not need to work there. He needs to treat everyone with respect. I was not being loud at all. If you are not allowed to talk on the phone in the store. Make sure there is a sign posted. Once again, the man with the silver wedding ring, and has glasses was extremely rude. I could’ve bought something from there but he absolutely ruined my experience there. Therefore, if you don’t want people to talk on the phone while we wait for an employee; have a sign that is posted out in front of your store. Now here I am thinking it was due to the color of my skin. He absolutely has very bad customer service. Post a sign if cell phones are not prohibited. Thank you"

"Jacob made me and my fiancé feel like the luckiest couple in the world. We bought our wedding rings and mine needed to be tighter to my finger, not only did he went above and beyond to try and fix it a day before our wedding when the store was about to close AND they were done doing those type of jobs until Monday (we went on a Saturday) and our wedding was the next day. But on top of that he didn’t charge us, he said it was our wedding gift. Thank you so much Jacob, that meant a lot to us and we won’t ever get tired of telling this story."

"Just visiting this area. And visiting jewelry stores in area. I was blown away by the professional way I was treated and cleanliness of store. Everything was well displayed and affordable. I'm not used to being treated like a high end client on first introduction. I was totally pleased enough to write a review. I highly recommend this store.
