"Needed my wall clock fixed. A rather large clock! Someone came out to my car to get it. Turns out it was an easier fix than I thought it would be. Charged me $5 and carried it back out to my car. Super nice and friendly!! Will absolutely go to them again if ever I need."
"Stay away!! Worst experience ever.I took two watches there to have batteries replaced, received one back and the other watch which I held dearly was dismantle. No apology. These men should be held accountable for their Incompetence."
"I recently visited this stand at booths corner I asked the lady what do you charge for watch battery replacement she told me $8. The next day I came back with 5 of my husbands watches. After telling me they will be ready in a week. I was surprised it would take that long I didn’t feel comfortable leaving $2500 worth of watches with this person for a week when they are only open 2 days a week. Then the woman told me $125. I said yesterday you told me $8 each why is it $25 now ? She was rude and said these are expensive watches so it will cost $25. I looked at her and said no thank you. I’ll go to Dakota watch in the mall wait 1 hr and pay $15 a piece."
"I was at this vendor on May 21, I needed a battery for my wristwatch. I was asked for my first name and I was told to return in 15 mins. I went back and I was told the cost was $9.54, I think that was high, it was crowded, I took the watch, and within 15 mins, I looked at the watch, and it was not showing the correct time. I realized that this was not my watch, my watch was a blue face SEIKO WATCH, THE FACE WAS A MILAN????? AND NOT A BLUE FACE. I went back to the counter, 2 men looked at each other and asked me what I wanted, I WAS IN SHOCK, They don't give any receipts, etc and they said this is it, I am so upset, this is a THEFT of the inner workings of my SEIKO WATCH. SHOPPERS BEWARE! Has anyone else been a victim?? These people should post their prices and they should not hide behind a half wall so u don't see what they are doing to your precious possessions"
"I like supporting mom and pop shops over large retailers. In an attempt to do so I came here to have the battery replaced on my G-Shock Mudman (mud resistant, military) watch. When my wife went to pick up the watch, the older gentleman that owns the place told her he didn’t fix the watch because there was too much mud and dirt inside of the battery compartment. Knowing this was a bunch of BS, I took the watch to Datoka. Dakota fixed the watch on the spot. And wouldn’t you know, there was 0 dirt inside. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR EFFORTS WITH THIS FRAUD!!"
