"The store manager is LAZY! spend $900 on a ring diamond falls out an find out they never put your cleaning an check in the system. My step daughter an i had it done when I picked up my husband's ring . Her an I an 2 lazyass employee were only 1s in store then they tried to tell me I didn't buy my rings from them . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or throw your money out the window. Oxford Kay's I'm hearing NOTHING GOOD FROM THEM"

"I took my daughter and 2 nieces to get their ears pierced. The person said they were too busy today(there were 2 other people shopping), so I asked to make an appointment the day after Christmas. She said they wouldn't make an appointment because they MIGHT get busy that day. So, they turn down 3 definite customers just in case they get busy?? We'll never be their customer which probably won't matter because with this kind of business etiquette they won't be open long."

"The staff is professional and extremely helpful without the pushy sales objective. My husband was so happy that he was assisted with finding a similar band to match one he bought a few years ago (that is no longer available). Had 2 other rings sized and it only took 1 week to get them back. And this was in December. Very happy with the Oxford store and staff. The store is also very well kept and inviting. "Wonderful service and help. Had jewelry left to me from my mother and my grandmother. They took the rings and redid them for me and they fit me. This is the first time I can wear my mother engagement ring and it really fits me I don’t have to worry about it slipping off my finger. My grandmothers wedding band looks brand new. Her band was so thin it look like it was going to cut her finger. Absolutely beautiful thank you so much."
