"My daughter and I went in to get a Christmas tree we saw online was on sale and in stock. We entered the cue and were greeted by a friendly staff member who got the stock number from the ad on my phone and brought the tree up to us in the cue so we didn't lose our place. The store was well lit, the aisles well marked, it was tidy and pleasant. We love the tree!"

"The store itself was fine. My poor review is for the cashiers. First of all, there was a 30% coupon for all regular priced items. My friend checked out and had to ask them to add the 30% off. The cashier had the coupon right by her register and scanned it. I had checked out before my friend and the cashier conveniently didn’t add the 30% off. I went back to ask about the 30% off with receipt in hand and I was rudely told that I’d have to return my items and repurchase to get the 30% off. It wasn’t a large amount so I opted to just leave, but I don’t appreciate the attitude I got. Why should I need to ask for the 30% when the cashier knows and it’s right by her register and taped to every cart in the store. Not impressed."

"I enjoy this store so much. Usually they are very clean and very well maintained except for the occasional cart full of replenishments in a few aisles which isn't the worst thing I've seen. It's the holiday season so there's going to be a lot of traffic there specifically but they had enough cashiers which is always appreciated. Only thing is that they changed one of my favorite products packaging. I dont know why and honestly it subjects the product to so much more damage because it's exposed. I liked them better when they were closed in, inside their packaging."

"I made a mistake by going in to pick up some Christmas Tree Flocking on Black Friday...the checkout line was all the way to the back of the store...thankfully there were a few cans of Flocking left on the shelf...the store reeked of estrogen...LOL.. that's a joke, but I was the the only dude in the entire packed store...the line went pretty quick and I was out the door 15 minutes. I'm a huge fan of Michael's! Love shopping at Michael's for all my crafting and supplies!"
