"These folks need training reporting what they do when dispatched to appliance manufacturers. A techninian from Paul’s Appliances was dispatched to come out to fix my fridge, when finished he noted that everything is OK with my fridge when the truth is that he couldn’t figure out what the problem was, then they rejected the next service call because they already been to my house and we’re not able to fix the issue, but when contacted by myself with a Frigidaire rep on the line, the person said it is not about us not being able to fix it, it’s about us needing a second opinion, I guess they expect competitors to give them opinions on doing their Job."
