"Thought this company would be a good fit. Great reviews, convenient online scheduling, sounds awesome. On Wednesday I scheduled for first thing Saturday morning with an 8-11am time slot. Around 10:30 we get a call that the tech is running late, will be here by 1 or maybe even sooner and that he’ll call when he’s on his way. Inconvenient but I need my dishwasher fixed so I play along. It’s now after 2pm, absolutely no further communication. Waited 6 hours at this point and all I can do is leave a voicemail to cancel…pretty disappointing."
