"Beware!!! Do not use these scam artists!!!! Their fine print ensures any deposits are not returned even if they do not complete the work that they have promised. These horrible wannabe computer “thugs” offer nothing short of an insult to one’s intelligence. After waiting weeks for repair they will pretend to tell you they have “diagnosed” your electronics and charge you over $100.00, afterwards they will hand your items back in worse condition than you gave them. In speaking with many other individuals since this problem on Nextdoor and Facebook it seems I am not the only one who has been stolen from. I wouldn’t be surprised if more reviews like mine start showing up, as many people like me that I have spoke to are tired of their “bullying” and “thug” like practices. Save yourself the time and go to a professional, these freelance benchwarmers can’t handle the simplest of repairs. These predators are only looking for a simple way to make a buck."
