I've used them in the past and will continue to use and recommend them for service needs. I've always had prompt reliable service from them. Today they got me out of a real pinch by going about & beyond to make sure my needs were met!"

"I am thrilled with CJs in West Chester and Rob the Manager!! I hit a curb last night and blew out my front tire! The donut was put on but being an AWD Altima the light came on saying that it was overheating and I had to stop afraid of fire. Rob got me the tire in an hour or two and I made it there safely! The Nissan dealer gave me grief and didn’t have the tire and I could not talk to anyone about my dilemma!! Thank heavens for Rob and the super Customer Service!! "Super easy to use their website to select the right tires at the right price. Service Coordinator reached out made the appointment. At that point I sent my wife to the shop for the tires and service work. She was in and out in the time they said and we’re super happy with the results. It’s our son’s car, he’s in the military away right now. When we told CJs he was in the service they offered a military discount as well as thanking him for his service even though it was mom and dad doing the leg work. I’d certainly use CJs again."
