"The technician that did the work was fantastic. Someone else was supposed to come out with a camera to check the pipes and show me what was going on so i could have it repaired but never showed after saying he would be here on 2 different days. Guy that handles the insurance aspect never showed either."

"We had a clog in our sink that we had to get cleared on the weekend. Figured we'd need to wait til Monday but they said they would be there in 2 hours (they were) and that there was no upcharge for weekend. Justino, our technician, called us when he was en route. He was professional, informative, and worked clean. Would recommend!"

"Very disappointed. Justino was friendly and arrived quickly which was great. However, he tracked huge clumps of mud throughout the house (see pictures) and charged $665 for a job that took him around 20-30 minutes (just cleaning the main line from easy access outside, no parts needed). He even told me he heard a strange noise from the pipes and was going to use a wrench to investigate, yet decided against it (seems like the lazy way out). He also wasn’t able to clearly explain any issues or how to prevent this in the future. Overall I think this was a rip off given how short of a time it took, and the technicians should have disposable booties to wear inside."
