"I live in the borough of West Chester and had a 9am appt with Larry, at 8:47 he calls exasperated and says he’s not going to make it, he can’t find parking and he doesn’t want a ticket… he’s moving on to another customer. So I say I have parking behind my house and he just says “ok bye” and hangs up! I have no idea if that means he’s coming or not so I wait and he doesn't come. The parking situation didn't even put him behind schedule, he had ample time to just pull up behind my house. So I'd say he's clearly temperamental and super unprofessional."
"Larry provides excellent services, at a reasonable price and is honest. He is old school. He provides the service requested and does not attempt to up-sell. He has fixed our leaks, replaced & installed an outside water faucet turn-off valve, removed our garbage disposal, and installed an under-sink water filter.
