"Dave is Fantastic, calls back, follows up and did a great job on the installation of my Bosch Heat Pump. I called 6 places including my oil company about replacing my Air Conditioning Unit. Dave got back to me right away, gave me the option of getting a heat pump to save additional money on heating oil and explained how the high efficiency unit would pay back on my investment. I got a proposal and he installed the new unit and removed the old system. I have a smart thermostat I am still learning how to use, a new lined chimney to be up to code and a SUPER efficient heating and cooling system. It is November 15th and my oil burner has still not turned on. Normally I use between 1,000 and 1,500 gallons of oil in a season to heat my house at $3.00-3.50/Gallon. Do the math!!! The unit was installed at the beginning of June and it appears to have saved about $100/month on cooling. In this day and age of big companies that want to sell you what they have, don't care if you get what you need and don't follow up to see how it is going --It is a pleasure to have hired Dave to my work.
