"Great family owned business. We have been taking all of our vehicles there since they have opened. Always have been treated great and our vehicles have always been taken care of at reasonable rates and wait times."
"I take all of my cars to Mike and Stacy. The work is done right the first time every time. Honest and reasonable. I highly recommend Mike to all of my friends and family."
"Great shop, We use them a couple times a year for our 4 cars, always easy to work with. Very honest, this is most important, doesn’t try to upsell any issues, unlike all the dealerships/large shops in the area. 100% would go back to this small business for years to come!"
"I’m not one to usually write reviews but this one is much needed, I’ve known the Phillips family for over 5 years now from being a past employee to turning into a customer from the the start of my business Mike and Stacy have gone above and beyond to help me out. Phillips Automotive is the true dictionary definition of a small family owned business! Reasonable pricing compared to other local shops and dealers, to easy and up front honest solutions they are truly going to tell you how it is. Mikes not going to just have you throw parts at something if he knows it’s something that can be fixed (very well capable and experienced guy, just check out there social medias and see the true craftsmanship and pride that they take in the work they do) I’ve been referring people to Phillips ever since I have known them, I recently told a family friend of ours to bring in there Honda pilot that the dealership told them needed the following (cats, 02 sensors, motor mount and trans mount) I personally looked at the vehicle and told them that was not the case and to bring it to Phillips as I did not have the time to make the repairs or property diagnose it myself. Turns out the family friend completely forgot to mention that I sent them, but guess what it isn’t necessary when it’s a place you can trust! Mike and Stacey were up front with them and the pilot only needed an 02 sensor! Just like that they saved thousands on the repair bill and we’re not sold useless unnecessary items."
"I'm writing this to save someone else from having the same experience that I did. First, I trusted the reviews here, but most of them are 2+ years old. Things must have changed. Last Tuesday I made an appointment for some simple service - brakes, oil change, etc. I was told that today (5 days later) was the soonest I could bring it in. Fine. I was also told that they open at 9AM, which I specifically said was fine because I put my kids on the bus at 8:30 and I would come by (in person) after that. No issues. Today, 9AM -- business closed. Door locked. No note on the door (I took a picture). The only note on the door said to call the business number if it was locked, which I did, twice. I stood in full view of the cameras, too, so there can be no dispute that I was there from 9AM-9:30. No answer to my calls, I left a voicemail the last time at exactly 9:30. Went home, frustrated and disappointed. Called at 11, no answer. Called at 12:30, no answer. At 2:30 I received a call with a vague explanation that they "got a late start." I'd say. You had my phone number. I had an appointment. I made an appointment 5 days in advance to accommodate YOUR schedule, and when the day comes, you have no respect for MY time and MY schedule. I blocked the entire day off since I would be without my vehicle. And the only explanation is, "we got a late start?" So, if you value your time, and if you believe (like the rest of the world) that an appointment means you've scheduled a time to have work done (not whenever they decide to come to work), then I suggest you try another shop. Maybe a great mechanic, but if you can't even make a simple call to say "something came up, we had an emergency/issue/problem and can't get you in today" then maybe you shouldn't make appointments. Based on the replies to other reviews, which I should have given more credit, there will be 1,000 things that I did wrong, a non-existent note on the door, I wasn't there at the right time, I should have ignored the gigantic letters on the drop box that say "DO NOT use this box after 8AM" etc etc. Edit: Exactly as I expected. I'm the idiot because I can't read. News flash - I wasn't there as a "Delivery" - I was there as a CUSTOMER. Future customers note the owner's language, "We aren't looking to make friends" -- if that doesn't sum up their attitude toward the customer, I don't know what does. PS -- Mr. Owner -- I have 3 small kids myself, and I own my own business. I also own a phone, and when I know life's curveballs will influence my clients, I pick up the phone and let them know. And 100% of the time they understand, as I would have. But you haven't learned that lesson yet, and instead make your problems everyone else's stupidity because we don't understand your poorly worded signs "Deliveries" is what it says, not "Delivers," but that's neither here nor there. Think about this, perspective customer -- if this is how they treat a new customer, imagine how well they will honor their work and warranty when you have a problem and approach such a humble, understanding, customer-focused owner. Ha."
