"I was referred to Bill at Bill's Automotive 3 years ago when my mechanic couldn't fix a major problem with my van. This is an example of "everything happens for a reason" because he is a great mechanic and honest like my former mechanic is. Just recently I had to have my intake manifold gasket repaired on my van and in spite of being ready to take a long holiday weekend, he put 10 hours into fixing my van before he left. I couldn't believe I only had the rental car for 1 day. While he had the engine out of the van, he changed the belt and the thermostat (hard to get to otherwise). I feel like I am driving a new car, no more leaks on the driveway and I think I am getting better gas mileage. I feel privileged to have met Bill and fortunate to know that my van is in good hands. "Have been taking my older car here for over 4 years now. They have kept it running like new. They have never tried to weasel me with a "Johnson Rod" type problem. Prices have always been great, but that might be because I have an older car which he can source refurbished parts for maybe... I've had one problem with him that I was able to work out a deal with because he's a honest local guy. He has one other guy working with him who used to own the shop (used to be Hoxters Auto). I took it to him before Bill took over. When you call he always picks up. Good customer service skills He has his own tow truck."
