"Staff was courteous and respectful. Facility clean. The car runs better now than before I brought it in. But I won’t be returning. I ended up spending more than I was originally supposed to for a fuel pump and fuel line replacement and had a gas tank replaced that didn’t need replacing according to the Cadillac dealership that I brought it to after the fact. But I went through with it because they said they wouldn’t provide a warranty if they reused my gas tank and I was going to get charged anyway for the work already done. The same Evap error code showed up again 3 months later after the fact. I brought it back to CB to get it checked out and it turns out that it’s a leak at another part of the car. To top it off I got charged for the diagnosis after the fact. It was explained to me that the work that was done is under warranty and not the error code. Fare enough. But if the code shows up again, without a diagnosis, how am I supposed to know it had nothing to do with the work done. If i had paid the original quoted price without the added gas tank replacement and the added diagnosis charge when the error code resurfaced then I would gladly recommend CB. As it stands now I don’t see myself returning which self voids the warranty I initially paid for. Especially since I have to pay every time to check if it’s something under warranty or not."
